I just read that there was a study done with people who ate 1/2 cup of almonds for a snack each day and they lost weight. The researchers don't know exactly why almonds are good for weight loss and maintenance but they think that the way the almonds are build prohibits the body from using all the fat from the almonds. I need to add these to my daily diet!

 
So does organic virgin coconut oil.
