Didn't see a June thread, so here ya go! 

I'm still really disgruntled with how they handled (they didn't) the overselling of the May box. I bought a second sub for my daughter and never heard a peep if I was getting one so yesterday I finally emailed them.  Obviously I'm not getting it, they should have emailed people.  Get it together Allure, that was handled badly and really unprofessionally.

I'm mad at myself for defending them.  They told me they were sending a bag of samples if I stayed until June.  Finally this week I called to ask when they were sending the bag.  They said that they didn't know and that it was actually just an empty cosmetics bag.  Meanwhile people who subbed the same day I did said they got the May box.  I am predicting june will be just ordinary samples- nothing particularly amazing like the foreo because they don't want another overload.  That's just my guess anyway.

They should recruit Birchbox CS people or the executives who hire/train them. This seems like the only hope for the ridiculous CS department of Allure beauty box. It was Allure's fault to over-sell, but CS definitely made the situation worse by not informing and being rude/giving wrong information to customers when contacted.

I am happy it was such an awesome box in May. I diverted April and Mays box to my Mom from my year sub (I was overloaded on sample product anyway) as extras for her Birthday and Mothers day. She was really impressed with both months. The June box is coming to me and after a two month break from them, I am really looking forward to seeing some Spoilers!

So. I am in the didn't get a May box boat. I discontinued my subscription mid-may through the mobile site when I saw that they over sold and I still didn't have a box. I got no emails except the rub your face in it "look inside your May box" email that has ensured allure never gets another dollar from me. What I want to know is that I will be getting a June box since they did not refund my money and I still have no product. I can't find any beauty box contact info on their mobile site. It is a total mess. I am so bummed I didn't get a May box and the lack of communication is really making me pissy. I don't think I even got an email when I discontinued the sub. They have been around long enough and they are a big enough company that this should not be happening.

. I can't find any beauty box contact info on their mobile site. 
If you log in on the website with your email and zip and it will take you to a page with your account info and  the contact info. It will be at the top of the page. If you want to call them, this is the number:

Thanks for the info @@Alix26! I'm not really into the Kardashian makeup but I'm interested in trying the bronzer just out of curiosity.

This box is a bust for me so far!  What good is a shampoo without the conditioner.  The Kardashian Make Up, barf! :soap:
Jenny, what do you like to get? I would happily trade something for the mask, and possibly the shampoo.

About the 3rd spoiler:

I am not a fan of bronzers because I always think they are too orange on my skin. This month's bronzer pics make it look more tan than orange. I am interested in trying it.

Ha this is turning out to be a great box for me. I love sheet masks, I didn't get to try the shampoo when Birchbox sampled it and I'm all about bronzers, I wear them year round.

I'm currently working on a sample sized Nars one from Sephora from like two years ago but I'll eventually get around to trying this one, provided it's not too shimmery.

I was curious about when/if I was going to receive the complimentary box that they said I would get for the whole May fiasco. I did a live chat and the representative said that it was still being processed even though it should have shipped on May 2 and would be comprised of random items from past months. Well, a business day or two after that live chat I got an email saying they ran out of those items but she apparently didn't know this at the time of the chat. To make up for not getting a May box, then not getting the "oops we screwed up" box, they've subscribed me to the Allure magazine for a year.

I really wish they would get their stuff squared away. I understand this kind of thing happens, but no one has received any sort of acknowledgment through their email. I shouldn't have to contact customer service to find out what product I'm receiving and when, considering I already paid for it. And then only have issues remedied once I bring them up.
