This is nice of them. I'm wondering if I should contact them too, since I had the exact same issue, and I really wanted to try the dry shampoo (it's the main reason why I ordered my kit), but I don't want to sound like I am taking advantage of them. I guess I could wait to ask for it in my next beautyarmy selection, but I don't even know if I will want to order another kit this month (I'll probably skip since I don't see a lot of new products) and even if I do they may not have the dry shampoo in stock any more.

i wouldnt be afraid - i think they know the situation because i wasnt the only one to contact them to let them know. def. not taking advantage. id go ahead and say something if you want to try the product just because beauty army isnt replacing the dry shampoo - just giving an "extra' for my next box. it took them a couple of days to get back to me as well. 

 
Did anyone see this on facebook?  I just placed an order for it.  I never ordered a product from Beauty Army (the $5.95 shipping cost is terrifying!) but I figured it is a pretty good deal and It will give me an excuse to take a minute for myself to destress.   You get 15% off an order by doing 5 brand surveys (they were easier than Birchbox's), so even with the crazy shipping cost, the order came out to $27 or something.

They really need to add new stuff more often. I was kind of stretching it a little, and it was only my second month. I don't see how people can stick with this sub for months and months. I guess a lot of skipping?

I've been subbed since October and I've only gotten 3 boxes. I have really enjoyed the boxes I've gotten, but I've had to skip months and wait until there's enough new stuff available so that I can get a box full of things I want, instead of a couple things I want and a bunch of "fillers" every month.

I got my first box and have skipped ever since, probably about 4 times. It is too much of a pain for me to try to get enough stuff that I want to show up at once. I just keep hoping the next months selection will be better.

I've been with Beauty Army since January 2012 and I still love them. I do try to get the best value out of the $12 sometimes but I've only skipped 3 times (1 month due to me being out of state, and 2 months due to poor selection). So far I love the stuff I got from them far better than others subs and they even beat ipsy (for me), yes they don't have a lot of make up selections but when they do the quality is superb (Skinn Cosmerics lip duo and blush, whipped hand cosmetics eye pigment, besame rouge, blingtone eyeshadows etc). Also I've always love and use up the skincare stuff I got from them, mostly because I picked them.....so if I ended up hating a product it's my own fault

 
Does anyone know if they stopped the pigments? They didn't pop up in my selection window this month or the polish. I was hoping I could get a pigment, Skinn cosmetics, polish, and a couple filler items. No luck so I skipped.

My window was the 12th and the pigments were still showing up for me.

 
sigh one more week till my window opens for this month! im hoping the polish will be on there.

thanks! i had to play around with options quite a bit for the teas - they actually had quite a few different tea options as well. the mystery sample ill post once i get my box but im excited to try the items.
