In vino veritas: Caudalie for 2005

I love it! Finally I can justify my love of red wine! From syrah to Bordeaux to pinot noir, my love of wines has been cultivated from an early age. Forget pints of Guinness, in my Irish household we had a bottle of red every Sunday dinner with our Mom’s roast beef. And now I know that was a good thing.
You see, only recently they discovered that red wine can help fight heart disease. It helps unblock your arteries. Better yet, it contains anti-aging properties. Hallelujah! So what’s in the nectar of the gods that’s so good for you, you ask? The New research at the William Harvey Research Institute, published in Nature magazine, points to the polyphenols, which come from the skins of red grapes.
Grapes, especially red ones, are full of anti-oxidants, red grapes are a great way to detoxify, clear your complexion, purify your body and they also taste delicious. (Try them in the morning instead of that big fatty Blueberry muffin!).
Of course, all this is no news to Caudalie. The French company has been developing skincare products based on the goodness of grapes and their tannins for years. TIP: Spray on before applying your moisturizer. Can also be sprayed onto the décolleté for its tonic and firming effect. Spray onto tired or stressed legs for an immediate energizing sensation.
