Honestly speaking, I don't think I improved anything
Well, I do give more time to fitness now (earlier I didn't use to do anything). Plus, my work life is still the same. Otherwise, I am frustrated just like everyone else. Still, it is going good.
In my industry, I've learned to plan for the lean times, so the pandemic neither helped or ruined me.

The biggest inconvenience for me was not being able to go to my orthodontist regularly. I should have gotten my braces off a couple months ago. Fingers crossed, I'll get them off at the end of the month. I'm just thankful that my family (especially my mom), friends, and I are well. I wish everybody here health and prosperity.
