Variations

Honey Chicken Cashew Stir-Fry

Prepare as directed, using 1 pkg. (6 oz.) LOUIS RICH Honey Roasted Chicken Breast Cuts, substituting snow peas for the broccoli and adding 1/2 cup PLANTERS Cashews with the chicken breast cuts.

Chicken Harvest Stir-Fry

Substitute 1 medium red pepper, cut into bite-sized pieces and 1 cup baby carrots, cut in half lengthwise, for the stir-fry vegetables. Continue as directed, using lemon flavored stir-fry sauce.
