Do you have sensitive skin? I personally have sensitive skin. Silk helped my skin numerous times. Sleeping on silk helps reduce hair breakage as it does not conduct static electricity and it's easy on the skin. Silk is hypoallergenic. Meaning it does not attract dust mites and is a natural fungal repellant. If that doesn't get you going, I don't know what will.
