I stopped smoking in January the 15th of 2004

, but my skin is worst than before, and I don't like that (logical!)

I saw some cream care for that, but I don't want to test 150 tubes!!! lol

(especially Garnier, Evian, Nivéa, Yves Rocher)

THANKS A LOT !!!

You should try a good exfoliator on a pouf sponge, then apply a good firming cream that is thick and creamy... I like Avon & Jergens brands...

Thanks a lot, but I don't think I could find Jergens brands in France.

Get a really good natural brush and brush towards the heart, starting with soles of feet and work up ...4 - 8 strokes. By doing this, you'll improve circulation in your skin, helping detox your skin & body and improving all over skin tone. Then you can jump in the shower and buff with some good lathering soaps and apply a firming moisturizer afterwards! You'll also find by brushing you won't need to use as much moisturizer as before.

2nd to dry skin brushing. Since Kim mentioned this on the board I tried it and it has made a difference with my cellulite and the texture of the skin.

I was a bit skeptical before, but now I think I might have to try it! What kind of brush are you supposed to use?

hmm.. the dry brushing thing is interesting. gotta try.

i use a brush in the shower with my bodywash, that works too. and i use the nivea Q-10 lotion, which i find works very well.
