My skin tone?

Hello, my name is Danni. I hope I'm posting this in the right place, I'm trying to find out my correct skin tone, as I've tried countless foundations and only had the result of an orange oompa loompa tone. The usual complaint, am I right? Anywho, I was told to post a picture in natural light so I'm enclosing one below. Thank you for any help! 

p.s. Sorry it's goofy, it's the only one I have in natural light.

You look like you would be a neutral to cool skin tone. So make sure your foundation is neutral to warm (or yellow based). This would make your skin neutral in tone.

Have you tried MAC foundations? They have countless shades and should be able to match you your with the perfect shade for your skin.

There is a thread for girls with pale skin. I normally have to water down my foundation with moisturizer to not look like an oompa loompa
