Shiro Cosmetics general thread

I love or LOVED Shiro when hearing about them over five years ago through Lipsticks and Lightsabers and purchased some jars from the Super effective collection. 

Their eye shadows are really beautiful however it took over a month to reach me in England!

A month! 

I do want to repurchase from the company however I heard a few horrible things from a reputable blogger who specializes in Indie brands, which kind of put me off :/

Shiro cosmetics acquired Hello Waffle Cosmetics just recently just like they bought Detrivore before. Has anyone used Hello Waffle products?
