As winter approaches quite a few of us ..our skin starts to show signs of it ...by dry patchy areas ..or all over dryness. To combat dry, irritated skin, skip the pricey moisturizing lotions and opt for a replensihing milk bath instead ..however ..a portable one!

Soak a washcloth in 1/2 cup of cold milk and gently pat on those extra-dry areas. Let sit for two minutes before wiping off with a wet cloth. The lactic acid in milk whisks away dead cells, increasing the ability of the skin to retain moisture and sealing softness into your skin!

What did you save ...lots depending on what lotion you use!

I also like milk after I get my eyebrows waxed... It helps soothe the irritation. Whenever I get waxed, I immediately get very red, then develop itchy hives and welts... yes, very attractive! LOL
