trouble sleeping

I've always been an early riser...I get up by 8:00 at the latest no matter how late I go to bed. However lately, I've been waking up consistently around 5:00 even though my alarm is set for 6:00. I know it's not much of a difference, but that hour really makes me much more tired during the day! Any suggestions?

I have trouble sleeping sometimes too. Its amazing how much 1 or 2 hours can make a difference. I usually drink some chamomile tea or some warm milk which usually soothes me and puts me to sleep.

When all else fails I count sheep! Good luck!!
