Skincare, though foundation was about to get my vote. Then I realized that my foundation would look like crap unless I had good skin.

for me it would be eye makeup, i.e eyeliner

and then dandelion powder...really freshens my skin, anytime...dnt know if that counts a skin colour though since i use it all over, and esp in the middle of my face to highlight..

I put daily skincare regimen - cuz I think girls look good also when not having makeup on. Unfortunately, I'm not those type - so eye makeup would be 2nd. Haha. I could prolly live without straintening my hair - but I don't like how puffy my curls get.
