what to get for my BOYFRIEND?

dear girls, my boyfriend's birthday is comming up! I bought him a t shirt but i feel like i should buy him smoething else too... its his 21st so it is kind of special.

maybe you can tell me what did you get for your boyfriends/ husbands/ brothers recently? so i can copy your ideas?

I got Rob a Swatch Skin watch for his last birthday. They are pretty cool watches, there are ones that aren't too flashy, but they are SUPER thin... Lay really flat to your skin, and he loves it!

Also this year for his b-day I already got him a new cell phone bc his was dying in a bad way, and that weekend we are going to go to Clearwater Beach and spend the night at the beach, lay out, get all dressy and go to dinner etc.

Also, you might want to consider either getting him a massage appointment, or maybe a couples appointment so you can go too!

he likes computer games and video games, the thing is I dont know anything about them so i dont even know what kind of equipment he has

I don't know what he already knows and what he doesnt... just cause I dont have any interest in these things, maybe I should

he likes perfumes and watches, so this is always safe

I will check out this swatch, sounds interesting!

the thing is he doesnt really have big passions. he is quite minimalistic, and doesnt own a lot of stuff... thats why it is kind of hard to get him anything

I don't know what he already knows and what he doesnt... Maybe a gift certificate to Best Buy or someplace where he can get more games. He doesnt have to use it right now but can save it for when a new game comes out.

.. the last gift i bought my bf was a pewter (i think) pocketwatch engraved with his initials... he was literally speechless... other times, it was clothes (bringing a little of his tastes and infusing it with mine - it was symbolic for me) and a special edition football video game (he's a sports nut so I know I can never go wrong with actual sports stuff or sports video game stuff)...

Just try to think into the special moments that you two share, and then something might come to you from there... I think men are more sentimental than they let on and the little things make them insanely happy just like it does with (most of) us...

if money isn't too big of a problem, why don't you take him somewhere, like a mini trip...he's 21 so take him to the casino that is if you are 21....i usually get my boyfriend clothes, but that gets so old....i'd rather make him something so that everytime he looks at it he has to think of me

. now i mix it up..i buy him one nice gift..and do somethng thoughtful....

my boyfriend isnt really NUTS about anything (except for me

I agree, guys are much more sentimental than we think. for our first anniversary I got him this picture album with "our story" - the pictures in chronological order and a description of how it all started. He loved it so much :icon_love He even bragged to his friend about this gift

I cannot take him anywhere now, I am quite poor and we both don't have a car

I am thinking about this swatch watch that MACgoddess proposed, they are sooo cool!

hehe, he gets special treats from me all the time, so it would be hard to think of something exceptional for his birthday
