My NYR was to eat healthier & exercise more. I haven't exercised more (I know, slap me), BUT have been eating a lot better. I've thrown in a ton of vegetables & fruit & cut back on the Diet Pepsi.

I began the SBD this week & am only on day 4 of the 14-day phase 1. It's tough not to eat any fruit, carbs or sweets, but I'm determined. I've already seen & felt a difference--my jeans fit better & I don't feel so sluggish & tired. By also drinking about 100 oz of water a day, my skin is clearing up amazingly well. No blemishes & the one I got last week during my TotM, has all but disappeared.

I'm hoping everyone is doing well w/their NYR as well. Just wanted to share my happiness.
