I have started a series of weight loss videos to document my progress. I have hit a bit of a bump in the road but I'm not discouraged and I will do my best to get back on track. If you haven't seen my other weight loss journey videos I recommend you watch those first.

Good to see. Be optimistic and keep it up. However, I would suggest you start the keto diet with workouts.

Keto diet is good, but not for everyone. but is very suitable for people with an inactive lifestyle. Not everyone has the opportunity and time to go to grueling workouts every day. Today, a lot of options to lose weight, you need to choose the best way for yourself! In this case, the result will necessarily manifest!
