Hi, I'm also a newbie here in MUT (and in makeup too!). I haven't tried playing up my eyes yet, I just line them and put mascara.. But the tutorials here are just amazing! I'd love to try some of them out as soon as I get a decent e/s palette

5. Brow or lid first... Depends on my mood

6. Crease

7. Lid or Brow... Depends on how I worked it LOL

8. Liner

9. Mascara primer

10. Mascara

11. Blush

12. Bronzer

13. Lippie

That's about the order in which I do it... Not very detailed, was I?! LOL
