OMG, I couldn't agree more with turning of captcha! There are other ways to prevent spam that don't involve the reader having to jump through an extra hoop. If I try to post a comment and that comes up, I usually just move onto the next blog. If you want people to comment, you should make it as simple as possible for them to do so.
